We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scandinavian Designs. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
